Shipments


All orders placed in the Baby Cross Online Boutique are shipped via express courier: GLS, DHL, FEEDEX on the basis of service contracts stipulated by Baby Cross with the companies mentioned and the country of destination

Delivery times and costs


Delivery costs, where present, are clearly highlighted in the order form. They are so articulated:

Express Shipping in Italy (1-2 working days):

€ 9 cost up to € 100
Free (payable by Baby Cross) for an expense over € 100

Foreign Express Shipments (1-3 working days):

€ 25 cost up to € 250
Free (payable by Baby Cross Spa) for an expense over € 250

Order fulfillment times

Orders are processed within two working days of receipt. Once the purchase is completed and the order confirmation email is received, the orders will be processed according to the shipping method selected. The evasion may be delayed during the holidays.
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. Baby Cross Srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, provided that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum term of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following that in which the Customer transmitted the order to Baby Cross Srl
Deliveries are not made on public holidays, before public holidays and in August.

Delivery of orders

You can choose as the shipping address the most convenient place: your residence, the office or the address of another person.
For the delivery of the goods it is necessary the presence of the Customer or one of his charge to the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what indicated in the transport document (DDT);
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by putting a written control reserve on the proof of delivery of the Courier. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods delivered.
If it is not able to deliver the goods ordered as a result of the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, Baby Cross Srl will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case not later than 30 (thirty) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be reimbursed as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.
For security reasons, no deliveries will be made to PO boxes and the order will not be processed.
For every order placed on the Itaboutique Website, Baby Cross Srl issues a receipt. Upon request, an invoice can be issued for the goods sent to the order, in accordance with the DPR 445 / 2000 and the DL 52 / 2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of ordering shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.

Monitoring of the order

In the "Order of the Order" section of the site, you can follow the status of your orders. By clicking on the order reference number, issued at the time of purchase and also sent in the confirmation email, you can see all the details of your purchase.

Traceability of the order and Tracking Number


The courier assigns a reference number to each shipment (tracking number). Once the shipment has been made, the company will inform the customer of the shipping identification number. You can follow the progress of your shipment by connecting directly to the site DHL and FedEx. For orders sent via GLS, the tracking number must be requested by email to commerciale@babycross.com starting from the day following receipt of the order confirmation.

Shipping countries


Baby Cross Srl ships to all EU countries.
For non-EU shipments, the customer is required to contact the company before placing the order, communicating: article code, size and quantity. Baby Cross Srl will then contact the customer to arrange shipping methods and costs.
