Returns


Baby Cross srl intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
If for any reason the customer was not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products were delivered that do not comply with the requirements, pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 / 2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without necessarily specifying the reason within the term of fifteen (15) working days starting from the date of receipt of the Products, except as provided in the following paragraphs.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the customer or the recipient of a gift.

Baby Cross srl will reimburse the full cost of products returned by the customer not worn, not used and undamaged, as well as accompanied by the relevant receipt / invoice.

Baby Cross srl reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with the requirements of the previous paragraph.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

Products purchased online can not be reimbursed or returned to physical stores.

Baby Cross srl will undertake to promptly reimburse the customer no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the written cancellation and return of the product.

Baby Cross srl will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written communication to
Baby Cross srl at the e-mail address commerciale@babycross.com indicating:

- First name
- Surname
- The number of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
- Any motivation

The customer will then receive a communication from Baby Cross srl with the return authorization code. The customer must then write this code on the pre-printed bulletin present in the package received.
Return of purchased items will not be accepted without the above procedure being followed.


Conditions for accepting the return

To accept the return, Baby Cross srl will make sure that the product has not been used and that it has not suffered any kind of damage. Returned products must be shipped within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order in their original packaging or, if damaged, in a box of equivalent size and strength.
Baby Cross srl will refund the return only if all these conditions are met.

Refund

In the event that you intend to withdraw from a purchase requesting a full refund of the amount paid, once you receive the goods back, Baby Cross srl will fully reimburse the costs incurred by the customer, including shipping costs.

If you intend to withdraw by requesting partial reimbursement of the purchase (for example if you request the reimbursement of only one item out of three purchased), then the company will refund the sum, but not including shipping costs that will remain at customer's charge.

Product substitutions are not possible. The customer who needs it, can request a refund procedure and make the purchase again.

Return shipping costs

The shipping costs related to the return are borne by Baby Cross srl only in the event that the customer makes the shipment by means of GLS, DHL, FEDEX, through the pre-printed bulletin present in the package.
The customer who intends to use the carrier GLS, DHL, FEDEX, can contact the GLS office, DHL, FEDEX nearest to his residence and agree on how to withdraw.
If the customer wants to choose another carrier, the costs will be charged to him. Baby Cross srl is not responsible for any damage or theft suffered during a shipment by a carrier other than GLS, DHL, FEDEX.
The return must be made by the country in which the product was shipped. Otherwise shipping costs will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Reimbursement of the reimbursement

After Baby Cross srl has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, it will send an email confirming acceptance to the customer. He will then proceed to reimburse the amount paid.
By purchasing with a credit card, the time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. The value date of the credit will in any case be the same as the debit.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he / she must send an e-mail to the address commerciale@babycross.com within 24 hours from when it was made. Baby Cross srl will do everything possible to satisfy the customer's request. However, once the Product has been shipped, the order can not be canceled or modified until the goods shipped have been returned to Baby Cross srl;
In this case reference is made to the procedure described in the previous paragraphs.
